Eric Sedlak is a Corporate and Energy Partner in the Tokyo office of K&L Gates. Mr. Sedlak has practiced as a US-licensed cross-border transactional lawyer for over 20 years in Japan, Singapore and Vietnam. He concentrates his practice on traditional and renewable energy projects and M&A, and has worked on a wide range of financial transactions and investment structures. He has been recognized as a leading practitioner in Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions by Euromoney, Asia-Pacific Legal 500 and Asia Law & Practice, on many occasions since 1998. Mr. Sedlak serves as a Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan and leads the K&L Gates Tokyo office Hydrogen practice.
