Han Feenstra is Hydrogen International Programme Manager and senior policy advisor at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Throughout his career Han has been involved in international energy policy since 2009 and is working on hydrogen policies since 2017. Currently his key are of focus is the hydrogen import strategy of the Netherlands.
