Jean-Louis Neves Mandelli is a partner in the Project Development & Finance practice based in Singapore. His practice covers all aspects of international project development and financing across the energy and infrastructure sectors, acting for both sponsors and lenders (including leading multilaterals, DFIs and ECAs). He has extensive experience doing business across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and South America.
Jean-Louis’ practice is very focused on decarbonization and sustainability. He has advised on a large number of renewable projects across hydro, solar and wind, as well as floating solar and hybrid solar-battery projects, including many first in country and first in kind transactions, such as most recently, the 145MW Cirata floating solar project in Indonesia, the 210MW Upper Trishuli hydro project in Nepal and the Super Six portfolio of 6 50-60MW wind projects in Pakistan. He is very involved in the firm’s market leading work in the hydrogen space as well as being advising on ESG-linked financings.
