Neil Wang is the CEO of Foton Mobility Distribution Pty.Ltd, the exclusive Australian Distributor of a range of New Energy commercial vehicles, including Foton Electric and Hydrogen buses, and Electric Light Duty Trucks and Asiastar Electric Vans.
Neil is a Graduate of the University of Wollongong, holding a Masters in Computer Science, and he has over 14 years experience in the Australian Bus Industry.
Neil was instrumental in the introduction of EV City buses into the Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and Auckland markets, and is now focused on making Next Gen Hydrogen City buses, and EV Trucks broadly available to the Transport sector. Foton Mobility Distribution is now the leading provider of new energy Heavy Transport into the Australian market and plans to enhance that position with additional products in 2024.
Neil is passionate about the transition to zero emissions, and in particular believes that Hydrogen Fuel Cell vehicles will play a significant role in the future of the Long Haul and Public Transport sectors, and as a result, is working closely with a number of Hydrogen Industry players to support their programs and projects.
