Mr. Ebisaka is the General Manager of international hydrogen business development group which in charge of overseas procurement of hydrogen/ammonia and investment in hydrogen business at the Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc. He had been involved in fossil fuel procurement over 20 years. He was involved in LNG upstream business as Director, General Manager of Kansai Electric Power Holdings Australia Pty Ltd from 2017 to 2020. He has been in the current position since July 2022.
