Vicente Pinto is InvestChile’s first foreign investment commissioner. He is actually based in Japan since 2017, acting as Counsellor for Investment Affairs at the Embassy of Chile, covering all the Asia Pacific region.

He was previously posted at the Embassy (2010 – 2014) as Counsellor for Agriculture & Fishery Affairs. His expertise has been developed in executive direction and consultancy for foreign trade & investment companies, international and local, public and private organizations and project developments.

Vicente has a degree as Agronomy Engineer from Universidad de Chile, MBA and Executive Direction degree at Universidad Austral de Chile.
